»Jakarta mania

I am home!
Staying in Jakarta for almost 10 days makes me appreciate home a lot! How prosperous our country is..haha..Never seen so many people at one place at one time..When I was on my way home from the airport earlier today the journey on the road was fine..Di Jakarta traffic jam everywhere, all kinds means of transportation using the road all at the same time..Big bus, big trucks, cars, motorcycle, bicycle,pedestrian, people pushing their carts.. Pollution berabis..Big building surrounded with shanty town..

I have so much to write since each day I was there unveil my mind even more from being ungrateful and thankful..haha

Well, I just quickly summarise my whole journey..

1.Our flight to Jakarta was delayed for 3 hours which makes all of us restless.
2. We lived at Ibis Mangga Dua Apartment which located at the centre of Chinatown, the apartment was okay but it was surrounded with poor housing conditions.

3. My handphone battery gone flat eversince the flight delay and I was shocked to find the power plug looked like this

4. The security check at some of the shopping centre is overwhelmingly tight which is very good..They checked the taxi boot and once we enter the bulding, our hand bag is scanned.

5. I got REALLY SICK on the 3rd day, more like fever..Maybe due to the strong pollution..Stayed at the apartment till late noon where I insisted to go out after that..sudah bejalan KO balik..haha

6. We went to Ancol Dreamland..the entry ticket was very expensive since it was packed with people we only managed to play 3 out of 25 rides..But I am glad we smpat main river raft..Baju basah, bali baju tarus..

7. Owh not to forget we naik cabel car too..It was amazing

8. On the next day, we went to Bandung! Aside from the tea plantation and mountains theres nothing much..haha...it took 2 hrs to reach Bandung by car.. We visited one of the tourist attraction of mountain crater which called tungkupan perahu..The mountain beside is still active..

9. More and more shopping.. Tapi kadai nya mostly tutup kul 6! paling latest kul 9.. And it is really hard to find a decent food..We ordered food from room service every night..

10. As usual, typical Bruneian..dtg 5 bag balik 20 bag!!

Overall, it was fine journey..the wiki travel guide was right..It was either you love it or you hate it.. Well, the truth, I don't wanna go back there anytime soon..maybe next 5 years? The sweet thing I practically only spend B$300 of my own money..you cant get that anywhere else..hehe

Went for the potluck picnic with the PPA clan.. Brought Wafiy along with me..
Luckily today is one fine sunny day..We were worried last night and struggling to come up with plan B if it rains..

Kami nda ampit pondok, so we choose our spot arah bench bawah pokok..lay some mats on the grass..and set up a camping tent.. It was a lot better..

Im tired, and I havent finish packing up my stuff for tomorrow..hmm..let me just post some photos from today =D

»The anticipating

I'll be flying off to Jakarta on Monday.. =D

Vacation with the family and will be there for 10days..
This shall be our very first visit there, breaking away from our usual destination a.k.a. KL.. Looking forward to be jutawan haha since the money there is all in thousands.. I've bought mini calculator to carry around since the currency is quite memeningkan..
Currently B$1= Rp7000.. so how much does Rp1000 equal to?? haha..

Apparently B$ is not widely accepted by the money changer in Jakarta so I've managed to get some SG$ in hand and maybe some US$.. Been hearing a lot of advise and tips on what to avoid there since Jakarta is not exaclty a safe place.. I've been doing a lot of googling too.. Hmm..the water is not that clean that we are advised to used bottle mineral water even when brushing our teeth..haha.. for my case, I'll be using A LOT of bottle mineral water while brushing my teeth since I have to use 4 different toothbrush at one time..

Owh, since I'll be occupied on Sunday for the potluck picnic with the PPA..
So I started to 'think' and plan on what to pack tonight.. I was searching for my favourite hand bag which I always use when ever I go out of the country..Nada ku tecari! haha napa kan tu ahh...sudah d mau kan nada tia ada..kalo nda guna ada ia ampai2..

I expect to see a lot of new things =)

»CB+12

I think I am addicted to Nasi Lemak!..Very addicted indeed.. Been eating a lot of Nasi Lemak..

Hmm..I went out with the PPA gang last night..it was a very interesting night =D
We met up at CoffeeBean, BSB, had our favourite drinks, play UNO Stack and hang out there for a bit.. After so much of laughing, kami lapar.. It was almost 10pm, most restaurants tutup and the available cafe usually packed.. So after 10mins of brain storming we decided to go to this new cafe sebaris Twelv called Country Patch.. From the words of mouth, it has become quiete a hanging out spot for youth..Tapinya TUTUP!

So we decided to go to TWELV instead, malas lagi kan mikirkan.. I forgot how cozy that place is, the last time I went there was months before masuk uni..The place was practically ours since kami saja sana.. hehe.. Sampai tutup kadai jua lah kami sana..

It was raining very heavily last night..luckily by the time we balik hujan taduh sdah sikit.. Reach home half and hour past midnight.. It was one great night =D Thank Sr for the treat..

»Sway with me

First of all, congrats to my dear little sister for getting 7A's and 1B for her PMB exam.. hmmphh.. All the hard work finally paid off yea..juggling with the form 3 express class and primary 6 ugama..

Owh here..pesen rmbut nda menjadi..Wanting to fix it ASAP but I am afraid it will make it worst besides I am broke, saving each penny for the upcoming vacation..

If you think, it is not that bad..pasal ani yang paling bisai ku pilih out of the bunch..haha

Yesterday was kinda tiring, I had my piano lesson then rush home to get ready for movie outing with the siblings.. Kana belanja oleh the big brother mana mau rugi, we watched 'The Day the Earth Stood Still'..biasa saja cerita nya..the typical alien invasion thingy.. I am yet to watch the mega famous 'Twilight'..Tunggu tah next week, sudah nda ramai org..malas kan asak2..

Then, the day continued with my outing with the girls, Ly couldn't make it this time =(..
We went for seafood dinner at Tamu Selera,BSB where Hjh accidentally stepped on my slipper and it broke..haha awo..putus selipar ku..nda pndai jara bah aku ani..nada lagi selipar back up dlm kerita..So, we decided to go for slipper hunting but since it was almost 10 most of the shop tutup sdah..

I insisted of going home, since I am practically barefoot and I have piano class early in the morning today... But the rest of the girls think the night is still young..alom mau balik dayang2 yang lain ani.. In the end, we agreed to hang out at Nurul's place and played UNO.. I reached home around 15mins to midnight..

I am bored, but I am too lazy to make an effort to arrange an outing with friends..

Holida??...Nothing interesting happen yet..
In addition I am not a very interesting person to begin with..

Been eating out a lot! Since I am too lazy to cook and wash the dishes..
Made my 5th visit to PizzaHut yesterday this month and ordered the $6.90 set meal..

It has been raining a lot too..I don't really like to go out when it rains, I tend to get very grumpy..Especially kalau aku yang drive..Kan cari parking ampir, getting in and out of the car, the slippery road..bnyk lah..

About 10 more days left~ yeay~

»December

Yeayy..Semester break! I have been anticipating for this long holiday..

Well.. lapas 2 3 hari lifeless pulang ni jadi nya..but what the heck..its holiday~ hehe and in 2 weeks I'll be having my vacation out of the country..

My maid went home to her home country for a month starting yesterday..Hmpph, from today onwards I will have to tidy my own room, do my own laundry and wash the dishes..Well, maybe this is a good time for me to polish my home maker skills..

Nyeh, that means there will be no more excuses since I keep on telling my mom 'I don't know how to do this' everytime she asked me to do house chores.. Then she'll continue by saying 'Mun ko belaki esuk ni cemana tah caranya'.. Hehe then I answered her, "Bukan nya ku kan kawin esuk"

I went out with the girls last night! I have not seen Dah and Hjh for 9 months! hehe nothing really change..It felt that we were never apart..

We went to CZ kiulap and Dah had to leave early since she has to go to wake up early for work today.. The rest of us went the the Mall..kan jadi kanak2 bawah umur yang berpeleseran d mall ntah buat apa.. =P
